Registration Fees:

Being part of CRA requires payment of monthly dues and annual registration fees, swim meet participation costs, and annual fundraising commitment. We also have an annual parent commitment time requirement, which may result in additional fees for any un-met hours. Swimmers and their families must be “members in good standing” in order to attend practices, meets, and other CRA events. Members in good standing are current on all registration fees, adhere to stated team obligations (dues payment, fundraising, and parent commitment hours), and conform to stated codes of conduct.

New and returning swimmers are required to pay annual registrations fees to USA Swimming. USA Swimming fees can be paid either by filling out the application below and returning it and your payment to CRA's registrar or by going online by clicking the link below and following the tutorial that is provided by Swim Connection.

New and returning swimmers are also required to pay an administrative fee of $20.

Monthly Dues:

Monthly dues rates are assessed by the board periodically to insure that our fee structure is fair and equitable to our swim families and to the teams well being. Swimmers will be charged for the full month regardless of time in the water. Arrangements for prorating monthly dues must be arranged and approved by the current board members two weeks in advance. Members leaving CRA during the season must submit a written notice of intent to leave to the coach and the team treasurer at least 30 days prior to the date of departure in order to avoid being obligated for dues after they have stopped swimming.

Payments are due on the 1st of the month. Please notate the following on each month’s check: swimmer’s name(s) and what the payment is for (e.g. dues, SNS registration, parking permit, etc.) If dues have not been received by the 5th of each month, a late fee of $10 will be charged. After 60 days past due, swimmers will not be allowed to participate until fees are current.

Payments should be dropped off at the CRC pool and put in the blue, lock-box inside the equipment room or you can mail them to PO BOX 580495 Elk Grove, CA 95758.
