Print and completely fill out all forms in the CRA Registration Packet. Instructions are included in the packet.
Print and completely fill out the appropriate USA Swimming Registration document depending on the season you will be swimming. Alternately, you may register and pay online, and turn in a copy of your USA Swimming online registration confirmation page.
Decide if you would like to purchase a semester parking pass. See the Registration Packet for cost.
Turn in the following to the Team Registrar:
Your completed CRA forms and first month's CRA dues. Make check payable to CRA.
Either the completed USA Swimming registration form and check made out to Sierra Nevada Swimming for the USA Swimming fee, or the USA Swimming online registration confirmation page that will be e-mailed to you once online registration is complete.
The fee for a semester parking pass, if desired. You may include this fee in the check made out to CRA, but please make a note breaking down the fees you are paying.
You will receive 5 days of free practice to try out the team, after which time your registration will be considered complete. We will not cash any checks until after that time; however, you MAY NOT enter the pool until all forms and checks have been turned in to the Registrar. If you decide not to continue with the team, all money/checks will be returned to you.

Returning Members
Print and completely fill out the appropriate USA Swimming Registration document depending on the season you will be swimming.
Turn in your form and check for the registration fee, made out to Sierra Nevada Swimming, to the Registrar.
Alternately, you may register and pay online and turn in a copy of your USA Swimming online registration confirmation page. To turn in your confirmation simply forward a copy of the confirmation e-mail to the Registrar.
Print, fill out, and turn in the Emergency/Health form only if something has changed.

Masters
Print and fill out the Masters Registration form.
Print and fill out the Emergency/Health Form.
Turn in your forms along with a check for the first months dues, made out to CRA, and the Masters Registration fee, made out to Pacific Masters Swimming, to the Registrar.
Masters swimmers must have a child swimming, and the monthly dues are the same as those for an additional swimmer. Please see the Dues Structure page of the CRA Registration Packet for the exact amount.
